Collaborative Photography Partnerships for Founder & Entrepreneurship Communities

Featured Founders exists to elevate the visibility of mission-driven founders, entrepreneurs, and innovation communities through storytelling, photography, and community-centered events. These collaboration partnerships are designed to help aligned communities access professional event storytelling while expanding visibility for the founder ecosystems we collectively serve.

A limited number of collaboration partnership placements are available each season. These partnerships provide 10%, 15%, or 20% partnership discounts on selected event photography packages in exchange for agreed visibility collaboration designed to extend the reach and post-event momentum of each gathering.

Final partnership tier is confirmed based on event alignment, audience fit, and collaboration scope.

Community Visibility Partner — 10% Partnership Discount

Designed for aligned events that support attendee sharing and post-event visibility.

Includes:

  • Featured Founders added as a Luma co-host when the event uses Luma
  • Featured Founders listed as the official photography partner on the event page (with blurb + website link)
  • Post-event gallery shared with all attendees within 48 hours
  • Subtly branded images designed for social sharing and continued visibility

Event Visibility Partner — 15% Partnership Discount

For events offering both attendee-sharing visibility and on-site exposure.

Includes:

  • Everything in Community Visibility Partner
  • On-site promotional placement (flyers or signage at the event)
  • One dedicated social media post promoting the event photography (LinkedIn)

Featured Collaboration Partner — 20% Partnership Discount

Reserved for highly aligned founder and entrepreneurship events seeking deeper collaboration visibility.

Includes:

  • Everything in Event Visibility Partner
  • Brief on-stage introduction (approximately 1 minute) by Natasha Renée
  • Inclusion in the event presentation (1 slide with Featured Founders + QR link to booking page)

Core Visibility Collaboration Requirements

Core requirements apply to every partnership tier. Higher tiers include the additional elements listed below.

To ensure each partnership creates meaningful visibility, the following collaboration elements are required:

1. Luma Co-Host and Event Page Listing — All Tiers

  • If the event uses Luma, Featured Founders is added as a co-host before the event is publicly promoted
  • Featured Founders is identified as the official photography partner on the event page
  • The listing includes a short description of services and a direct link to the event photography booking page
  • The listing clearly communicates that professional photography will be available at the event
  • If the event does not use Luma, equivalent official photography-partner placement is provided on the primary event or registration page

2. Attendee Gallery Distribution — All Tiers

  • Organizer sends the full photo gallery to all attendees within 48 hours of the event
  • Email subject line clearly communicates that event photos are included
  • Email includes a direct gallery link for viewing, downloading, and sharing
  • Attendees are encouraged to share their photos and tag Featured Founders, with a direct link to the LinkedIn page

3. On-Site Placement and Social Media Promotion — 15% and 20% Tiers

  • Featured Founders receives agreed on-site promotional placement, such as flyers or signage
  • One dedicated LinkedIn post is shared after the event using event photos
  • The post credits Featured Founders for event photography, tags Natasha Renée / Featured Founders, and links to the event photography booking page
  • The post encourages viewers to explore or book founder and investor event photography in the San Francisco Bay Area

4. On-Stage Introduction and Presentation Slide — 20% Tier

  • Natasha Renée receives a brief on-stage introduction of approximately one minute
  • One dedicated Featured Founders slide is included in the event presentation
  • The slide is provided or designed by Featured Founders and includes a QR code linking to the booking page
  • The slide is displayed clearly long enough for attendees to scan

  • Founder, startup, and entrepreneurship-focused communities

  • Mission-driven innovation ecosystems

  • Events whose audiences align with founders, operators, and investors

  • Events with sufficient attendee scale to create meaningful shared visibility

 

Partnership availability is limited and confirmed following alignment review.

Collaboration details are confirmed prior to the event to ensure a smooth and aligned partnership experience.

Requesting Partnership Consideration

If your event aligns with the communities Featured Founders serves, you are welcome to inquire about partnership availability when submitting your event photography booking request. Once collaboration alignment is confirmed, the appropriate partnership discount will be applied to your selected coverage package.
