Do we have to pay anything to host this event?
No. Hosting is completely free for your firm. I handle everything from booking to setup to delivering the final images. The only thing I ask in return is that you include a short blurb about me as the photographer when sharing the event. This helps bring visibility to my Female Founder Feature series and lets founders know that, if it feels aligned, they can also book a full photoshoot session beyond the complimentary headshot.
What will we need to send to our founders?
All you need to do is share the custom booking link and short event blurb I provide. You can send it by email, Slack, or your founder portal.
How much do founders pay?
Each founder receives their first professionally edited headshot for free.
If they would like additional images, they can purchase them at a special event rate.
How long is each session?
Each headshot session is 15 minutes.
Events begin with 4 hours of coverage.
If all slots are booked in advance, the event can be extended to a full day.
What setup is required?
I keep the setup simple and natural. I do not bring special lighting, so the portraits are taken in a well-lit location at your office, a portfolio company’s venue, or a convenient public space. I select the spot that works best for flattering, professional portraits.
How quickly will members receive their photos?
Members will receive their edited portraits within 14 business days via a private online gallery.
Is the booking process simple for founders?
Yes. Once you share the link, founders can choose their preferred time slot and will receive a confirmation with all the event details.
Do you offer event photography?
Yes. If you host events for your members and would like professional coverage, I offer event photography that captures the energy, connection, and key moments of your gatherings.
