What organizers want to know.
Do attendees need individual time slots?
No. Guests register in advance or on site and participate on a first come, first served basis.
How many attendees can participate?
Capacity depends on the portrait pace you choose. As a general guide, five-minute portraits can accommodate up to 20 attendees in two hours, 30 in three hours, or 40 in four hours. Fifteen-minute portraits can accommodate up to 8, 12, or 16 attendees, while 30-minute portraits can accommodate up to 4, 6, or 8 attendees. We will shape the participant flow around your priorities and booked activation window.
How long is each portrait experience?
The timing is flexible. A five-minute portrait provides a polished professional update, a 15-minute experience offers more guidance and image variety, and a 30-minute experience creates a more in-depth personal brand set. Your organization can choose the pace that best supports the event and attendee experience.
How do attendees receive their photos?
Registered guests receive access to a curated shared gallery with complimentary downloads.
Does this require a studio backdrop?
No. We identify a suitable portrait area at the venue without a large studio footprint.
Can we choose a longer activation?
Yes. Choose two, three, or four hours. Additional coverage is $500 per hour.
