From participants
What attendees are saying.
A guided portrait experience designed to help people feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely excited about their images.
Natasha was so great to work with! As someone who is quite shy in front of the camera, she made me comfortable really quickly while also providing the right amount of direction. She captured a variety of backgrounds and poses, giving me lots of great options to choose from. I would highly recommend her!Kristina Lee
My mini session with Natasha felt so comfortable, and I was so impressed by the quantity and quality of the headshots I got. She really captured my essence in so many different scenes that I have a huge variety of amazing shots to pick from. I would absolutely recommend her!Lauren O’Halloran
It was such a pleasure to work with Natasha! She made it so easy for me to pose, something that I usually am very uncomfortable with. The photos came out stunning, and I can't wait to use them for my professional pages and profiles!Karine Sarkissian

Frequently asked questions
What hosts usually want to know.
When does the Photo Day run?
The Photo Day is a full-day experience, typically running from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Can I add this to another event?
Community Photo Days are designed as standalone experiences so attendees can reserve dedicated sessions and arrive at scheduled times. If you are hosting a conference, summit, or gathering and want portraits within that event, explore our Portrait Activation offering.
What does the host provide?
A community contact, promotion to your members, and help coordinating the location. We manage the participant experience.
How many people can participate?
Each Photo Day includes up to 20 guided 15-minute portrait sessions.
What kind of location works best?
Indoor and outdoor settings can both work well. We look for a clean, professional space with attractive natural light, such as a coworking area, studio, lobby, courtyard, or outdoor patio. We will discuss the strongest options in advance and confirm the final portrait area on the day.
What if we do not already have a location?
If you do not have a venue, we can suggest location options that fit the Photo Day format and the visual experience you want to create.
What kind of photography setup do you bring?
We keep the setup intentionally light so the portraits feel natural and connected to the environment. We use our camera, available natural light, and distinctive settings to create polished personal brand variety without a large studio footprint.
