Atelier Venue Sponsorship

Questions, answered.

Is Venue Sponsorship a financial sponsorship?

No. Venue Sponsorship is an in-kind partnership centered on providing the agreed event space. Any additional venue costs or requirements are discussed and confirmed in advance.

How many people should the space accommodate?

Each Atelier is designed for approximately 20 to 30 women founders, plus facilitators, partners, and the Featured Founders team. The event-specific capacity is confirmed together.

Does the venue need separate workshop rooms?

Separate rooms are helpful, but clearly defined zones may also work. We review the layout based on the planned Atelier format.

Who handles food, furniture, and AV?

Available furniture, AV, catering policies, and any related responsibilities are discussed during the venue review and documented before confirmation.

Can a venue also participate in another partner role?

Yes, when appropriate. Venue, financial sponsorship, Community Partnership, and workshop leadership remain separately defined roles.
