Questions, answered.

Is this a paid sponsorship?

No. Atelier Hospitality Partnerships are in-kind. Partners provide the agreed product and handle delivery, setup, presentation, and applicable breakdown.

How much product should a partner provide?

Quantities are confirmed for each experience based on attendance, serving size, format, and the role of the product within the hospitality plan.

Does a representative need to attend?

A representative may attend and connect with founders, but speaking time is not included. Delivery and setup remain the partner’s responsibility.

Can more than one brand participate in a category?

Yes. The partner mix is shaped around each event, its audience, and the hospitality plan. Any category limits are discussed before confirmation.

How are dietary needs handled?

Partners disclose ingredients, allergens, service requirements, and dietary considerations before confirmation so the experience can be planned responsibly.
